      <![CDATA[CMHA Swift Current holds an annual Mayor's Luncheon, and an annual Walk-a-thon. Various events are ongoing throughout the year.  

The <strong>2010 Mayor's Luncheon</strong> is <strong>Tuesday, May 4</strong> with Guest Speaker Wayne Kallio, author of <em><a href="http://www.mindbogglingbooks.com" target="_blank">Mind Gone Astray</a></em>. Doors open at 11:30 am, at the First United Church Upstairs Banquet Room. All proceeds go to support the local branch of CMHA. For tickets call 778-2440.

The <strong>Jimmy Richardson Walk for Wellness</strong> is <strong>Saturday, May 29, 2010</strong> at Riverdene Park. Registration begins at 10:00 am, with the 1 km walk along the pathway starting at 11:00. Following the walk there is a free BBQ lunch for all participants. (Extra food tickets may be purchased.) All money raised goes toward supporting the activities and food program at the Drop-In Centre. For information and registration, call Helen at 778-2440.
