About CMHA Swift Current Branch
The Canadian Mental Health Association is a non-profit mental health agency with over 200 branches throughout Canada. CMHA exists to be a forerunner in advocacy, support and research for individuals suffering with mental illness.
CMHA embraces the recovery model which empowers clients by encouraging their full participation in the services they choose. Recovery is a process and possible for all mental health clients.
Getting Involved
Become a Member
Getting involved is the best way to show your support. You can do this by becoming a member of CMHA. Members can vote at the Branch, Provincial and National Annual General Meetings. Members play a significant role in providing feedback to the Board and can serve as Board Members. Each member also receives Transitions Magazine from the Saskatchewan Division office.

• Promote CMHA in the community
• Assist with fundraising efforts
Become a Volunteer
• Assist with fundraising events
• Volunteer at the Centre
Become a Financial Donor
CMHA is one of Canada's oldest charitable organizations. the Branch is dependent on the generous donations of businesses, churches, families and individuals. CMHA holds various fundraising activities each year and appreciates the support from the community. All donations are tax deductible and allocated to services at the Swift Current Branch.
